1.What is the difference between 110V and 220V PTC Heating Sheet ? What happens when mix it ?
PTC Heating Sheet is a device with positive temperature coefficient , the resistance value increases greatly with the increase of temperature. If the 220V Heating Sheet is used on 110 , the resistance increase is relatively small , current will be relatively large, but the heat will not necessarily increase a lot . Need advised to use it as a match .
2. How to install silicone heating sheet? Can I use DC power?
When the silicone heating sheet is used, it can be installed by various methods such as double-sided adhesive, room temperature vulcanization, drilling and positioning according to the actual site.
“Silicone Heating Sheet” can not use DC power supply . The heating principle of the silicone heating sheet is that the alternating current generates a vortex magnetic field in the silicone heating sheet , and the vortex magnetic field generates a vortex current in the silicone heating sheet , and the silicone heating sheet has large resistance . So the vortex current is converted into heat , if the use of direct current, silicone heating sheet will not have vortex current, can not produce heat .

5 head PTC heating sheet should be connected according to different power needs , 1, 3, 5 is a pole ; 2, 4 is a pole, 1, 3, 5 and together as one end; 2, 4 and together for the other end, access to 220V is full power .
4.Will PTC heating tablets explode ?
PTC Heating Sheet has a failure mode called breakdown , breakdown when the popping sound accompanied by strong light .
